Gary Ackerman for president!! That guy was amazing, its people like him that are needed everywhere. Straight talking and up front..those sycophants need sacking!!

The looking on the faces of the SEC reps is priceless.. almost as if someone truly walked up, unseen, and slapped them all across the face!

I don't think the SEC panel really cares at all. They are all multi millionaires who probably have offshore bank accounts that stole money and were most likely involved in the ponzi as well.

I like how in the second video "capitol hill" is spelled wrong. What kind of morons are these people who run the media and this nation?

Wow that was great. Even though its just a dog and pony show it still was great to watch. Better than American Idol.

Yeah look you don't have to be a scholar of economics to see the evidence precluding to this orchestrated market crash.
Just look to the SEC and why they removed the uptick rule when they did.
Before that the market was very different indeed.Afterward constantly was manipulated even reports of needing investigations due to manipulation.
It started with the Chinese bond sell off then the first sub prime crashes.
And the SEC still does nothing because, they are on the take.

i've been watching the entire proceedings from C-Span video library.

All i can say is that watching this man gives me a sense of vengeance.
It gives me a sense that SOME people elected to office still take their jobs seriously.

I love it when someone in power will step forward and say "you're not going to piss in my face and tell me it is raining"
