that's true and you and I both know I wasn't arguing semantics I was debating the issue at hand, I do feel the same as you on the subject, just tryin to show that there was some wieght to the claim in the source artical how ever out of context it had been used. I dont know the source, but some cultures at some timeline are really inclined to see themselves as chosen. Germans were during 30's, and yes, Israelis in our time. But such attitudes change. This will change too..I dont think Jews believed always that they are master race, but it is true that Israeli Establishment has a tendency to see it in that way in our time. But they will understand to listen to the "other". Only with occupying, destroying and killing it will not work.

sun... i understand the anger, problem is you picked a sloppy slanted article to launch this discussion from. With all that aside, i can see by the content you chose to quote, your intentions are to expose the source of arrogance we see from the state of isreal.

There are certainly parallels here to be drawn to the nazi's treatment of non-aryans but you could also include the american's treatment of the native indian and the treatment of the australians to the indigenous peoples. All have the superiority complex just below the surface that rationalizes exercising every means possible to grab more and more land.

It's infuriating to see such history repeating itself, and that we have a key role in supporting it.

Were these the words spoken? Are the meanings unclear?
