If your state leaves the union then the people of said state would not be subject to federal taxes. Said state could increase its local tax and ensure they were solvent.

Look to California. They collect and send more federal taxes from the citizens than they receive as a state to operate. Cutting out the fed is like cutting out a middle man.

Now consider if all states do this and the federal government then folds. How will China and other foreign investors collect on the debts?

Read the wording in the bill. It is to kill the existing federal governments control and existing constitution and start a new one with no foreign debts.

Anyone else see this as the motive?

Uh...Yeah...it's not my/our fault the "United States" (notice no "of America", as some lawyer says we're a Corporation...) defaults...should of lost weight or figured on getting bigger pants IE: Pockets...called Bankrupcy...Corporations do it all the time...except now...their to big to fail...hhhmmm

Actually, if you'll read through the thread you'll see that I have made several recommendation's concerning this topic. And So far I have sent out several batch emails to:

And other's, including a relative who is a politician, himself. And I have more I'm setting up to go to all the policy makers, politicians, agents, media contacts, and others in my "Roladex" as it were. What's more, I support Non Violent protest, but, do not shy away from conflict either. I have a comfortable lifestyle, with, plenty of luxuries. I don't suffer no matter who rules this Country. Still, I support the Constitution, and know that Democracy must stand. Even before the Republic. And I see the Socialists and Nationalists among us. I can even tell when people care, and when they just want to knock people who do. My plan. Well, if you had actually followed this thread, you wouldn't have to ask you'd know what it is.

Here's a bit of what I have e-mailed already:

However, I would move that they strike the part about Involuntary Servitude, Peonage, and Slavery Exceptions, from all Laws and the 13th Amendment.

If you want to Abolish Slavery, Abolish it, don't allow it under the guise of an Exception and call it Abolished.

And maybe, Officially Ratify the 16th Amendment, so, it can't be used against us later that it's not.

And, require that any such Vote on a change of Government be a Democratic Vote of the People, and not a Representative Republic vote of a Representative and/ or an Electoral College.

Or else, you'll find this is a slippery way to get the ratification to alter Government that they need. See, two thirds of the States will Ratify, they might already have it planned to so do, some will not. People will move where it is not, until, they have to cut the populace off, so, some will be stuck in the new government by force.

Those who escape will find themselves guilty of a crime if they revolt against the US's actions and will be rendered Slaves even within the Resisting States. The new government will cut off Aid and Resources to the State, until, they comply with their wishes, like they do with Block Grants, Funds, Contracts, Stimulus Packages, Bailouts, Doles,etc., now.

In time, even the Resistant States will InCorporate, or Fail, and be taken anyways.

All Resistors will be Fined/ Incarcerated, EnSlaved and/ or Laboured out under Involuntary Servitude, Peonage, or Slavery for their crimes. Despite our Declaration of Independance and Federalist Paper's giving us the Right.

Make sure this is worded right, and, take ALL Exceptions out.

And, Ratify the Missing 13th Amendment, as well, so that Honors, Titles, Nobilities, Emoluments, and Demographic/ Political- type Exemptions are not to be allowed in the USA, by State and Federal Constitutional Law.

And, keep this Country Democratic.

It may have the Republic aspect, etc. As long as it is, say, a Democratic Republic or Republican Democratic System, etc. As long as Democratic Democracy is at it's core.

Anymore, that is not the case. Democrats are Socialists and Republicans are Nationalists. They are just guised as Democratic and Republican forms, whether left, right, or center of their cause. That is whether they are for their side only, or a balance of both, or both with a leaning towards the other.

When We actually have a Social Nationalist or National Socialist Government. Guised as a Democratic Republic or Republican Democracy.
Don't you argue the Law from your point of view, without questioning whether it's actually Democratic, Republic, etc. or not. I mean, a federal Act that says you can have money if your Laws reflect such and such and meet with their respective Federal Secretaries approval, or, you can't have any money, or, a Limited amount, dangle's a carrot on a stick that who, you, or, your representative, really had a say about? Nope, they are your fiduciary representatives, it is their job to get all the money for you they can. That sort of bribery is Communistic. And saying who can be in office to recieve it. That is Dictated Tyranny.

And, get rid of the National Socialist, Paren's Patrae "Father of the Country" Laws ,so, they quit treating our kids like State Property and stealing them under Intellectual and Physical Property rights, as well as, treating them as Natural resources under Natural resource Laws. End the Psycho Physics of our children, too. They are not Social engineering Structures or Sub Structures.

And stop Incorporating Citizen's into Corporation's so that we are subject only to Common Law and Not Statutory Law. And stop Universallizing Laws so that each State loses it's Independant Identity. We are John of the family of Doe, or, John: Doe, not JOHN DOE (All Caps).

Allow the Local Government's to line by line Ratify or Veto State Acts of

And, Allow State Government's to line by line Ratify or Veto Federal Acts of Legislature, Executive, Armed Forces, Judiciary and ALL Acts Public and Private.

And, Allow Federal Government's to line by line Ratify or Veto InterNational Acts of Legislature, Executive, Armed Forces, Judiciary and ALL Acts Public and Private.

These are to Include ALL Constitutions, Contracts and Treaties.
Demand the "Original Intent" of Our Founding Father's Theory be applied to Our Constitutional Laws and ALL Laws that stem from them.
And overturn the Supreme Courts Right to say what the Constitution says, that is the Right of the People, and they, at Local Level can pass it to their States. The States can take what the Locals tell them, and apply it, Word for Word, to the Fed's and the Fed's can do with it just what We, Word for Word, told them to do with it.

Abolish the Federal Reserve and the Tax System.

Income tax should be a flat percentage Tax applied to all. It is fair and balanced, having nothing to do with deserve, as economic balance should be weighed on an unfeeling scale.

That Flat Tax should only be used to keep necessary Government functioning, and not pay for the the Beauracracies and Sub- Beauracracies and their Organizations or Programs. That belongs to Competition and Free Market. If you don't trust them with secrets, convict them, otherwise, let them come and go based on Competition and Free Market. Hiring American only, and, requiring, they cannot funnel their money out of the Country, during their Contract Term, and before/ after, by, not less than, 5 Years.

Cap Capitolism. Just how Wealthy or Super Wealthy should individuals/ entities really get. How successful should one be allowed to get, and, at whose expense? There's nothing wrong with being Rich and Successful, but, those who go to their deathbeds, still, making that last bit of money, have something seriously disturbed in their psyche.

Copy this and send it to your local, State, Federal, and Inter National Leaders, too, along with the Bill.]

If they do not respond to the Affirmative of our Requests for redress of Our Grievances, then let's Formalize and Stage a Peaceful Protest, whereby, for one Week, we do not Work, and buy only that which is necessary, to send a strong and powerful financial message, to induce Business and Corporations, and those who Profit from them to Our side. And even induce all those who Bootleg and Traffick in illegal Contraband and Resources, to Protest by Abstinance for one week. No Dealer will kill or punish you, if evry one does it. That will turn the Criminal UnderGround to Our side, as well. Whether you like such things or not. They are a major source of Our problems, too. Let's remind the Super Wealthy and Super Powerful, just who outnumbers and bankrolls who.

And, if beyond that we must, we'll convince our employers, through such Protest cited above, to aid and abet with withholding from them Our Taxes, for one Financial Quarter or Annual term, to remind the Fed and the IRS, just who is in Charge.

I still like the idea, States rights, we fought a war against each other over that (slavery was a side show.) I think it would lead to war again, so I don't believe it will be ratified. What is more likely to happen? these state officials will have their and their families finances guaranteed by the Fed to buy them out. I believe this is the real intention of this bill, a chess move by some desperate politicians that must have had bad investments.

Why are People debating what the State and Fed's will or won't do???

Why aren't they discussing what The People, and Themselves, will or won't do??

I don't care what State's or the Fed's will or won't do. I stopped caring ages ago. What are you willing to do? If nothing, then, say so, so you can be grouped with the State's and fed's who do nothing, that way, we'll at least know where everyone stands when the time comes.

I'm pushing this agenda on everyone. Every person and entity I can, no matter what their affiliations, creed, color, and all of that.

What does it matter, whether politicians or business are so powerful. I have more power in my one little finger than they do in all their technology.

I was just doing some digging on Tenth Amendment news and it looks like other states are following suit, some of them are using specific issues, while others are making general resolutions.

It looks like Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri are upset about the Freedom of Choice Act and don't want the Feds (right or wrong) mandating state abortion laws.

Montana seems to be mostly about guns.

One other interesting post (sorry just going stream of consciousness here) speculates that recently declassified DoD documents show that military assistance in law enforcement during the last 8 years not only violated Posse Comitatus but also may have trampled State rights under the Constitution.

I wish drudge or MSM would pick this news up, especially New Hampshire.

THIS should be called the Patriot Act, not that Orwellian piece of totalitarianism passed after 9/11. Enact this bill and repeal the the patriot act.

It is an interesting development to be sure.

Once they really get started, with one item or more, as other states weigh in, the states will decide, "Hey, that was good, let's continue until we get all our state's rights back."

One state will watch another, follow suit, add some provisions unique to that state's desires, and this thing can roll.

And the Honorable (not my idea) Ms. Pelosi can whine all she wants. For every single right the states demand back, it's that much more power she loses.

And she won't go down without a (political) fight.
