A new lawsuit is challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and this one targets Congress as a defendant for its "failure" to uphold the constitutional demand to make sure Obama qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that actually designated him as the occupant of the Oval Office.

The new case raises many of the same arguments as dozens of other cases that have flooded into courtrooms around the nation since the November election.

It is being brought on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. and names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Was he born in the usa? if he was then he has nothing to hide. If however he was born in kenya and moved to the usa, or was born usa moved to kenya and back or whatever then he should not have been alowed to run for president according to usa law, do you know your laws? you have a constitution, in england we get told what the law is each month and are expected to remember or something, no huge book just complete bull imo.

I'm from uk, you want an english president next? cause your forefathers would probably become zombies at that point and come back and say we told you so.

This issue is very unresolved and blatently being fought against by the usual suspects, feds etc. americans you voted for change, you just got more of the same. force your obama to make change the second it looks like bush is still running...

I am friends with a celeb named zacky in denmark.

He showed me his family tree. He is a realtive from obama.

His family tree starts out in africa and moves to soudi arbia.

His dad was born in soudiarabia.

He was born in denmark were he grew up and is working for disney to translate english to danish for some of the tv shows.

He ain't popular world wide but he is popular in denmark.

I know him and through him I know selena gomez and demi lavato. And many disney stars in cali.

well I am just saying that obama does have some arab in him. The zacky kid is related to obama from the faimly tree.

He was from the same family but the family relatives split up. half went to the arabic nations.

The others went towards america.

So when I see these statements about his birth certificate I think it may be legit.

He has to be American born to be president.

So what they say is that he was born in africa and tooken to hawii and got a birth certificate which was illegal or something.

well this is all I know.

So I am just saying that it's possible he might not be eligible.

I am sure if he gets taken out of office their will be riots. The reason if you looked at many people they were crying when they saw him take office.

I asked many people why are you crying shouldn't you be happy?

they told me that they are happy. They said that america is cured form it's illness.

That means that we now are not a racist country.

Now it will look bad if we go and say well obama your out cause you don't have a legit birthcertificate.

I am sure all the black community will get really ticked off and it will seem like they are racist.

I am sure even if a riot dosen't break out but many people would be really ticked off.

Now if obama leaves then joe binden becomes president.

I would rather have Ron Paul be president.

I would love to see people protest against joe binden and have requests to have Ron Paul as president.

This is all i can say. His family was pissed at him for going public about his relations to obama due to the fact he will be in a mess he dosen't want to get it.


So I am just saying to be open minded these allegations may be true.


If true the congress has to take him out of office. The reason is by law you must be an american born to hold the seat of America.

If you don't think it's true you need to be american born ... .then look at arnold gov of cali he wants to be president but he is not american born.

That is why he was pushing to change that rule that you must be american born.


Just my add to show my creditability . All I am saying is that these may be true.

They must have some evidence in order to take their own time to file a lawsuit to take obama out.

I am sure they must have evidence. It's nothing like bigfoot. Big foot cases lack hard evidence.

The reaosn why is that the U.S dosen't legally document and tax big foot for living in our wooded areas.

If that was the case the U.S gov taxed Big foot then cases about big foot would be easily done due to government documented evidence.

So that big foot someone toseed up earily is really nothing like this case.

In this case if obama can't supply a birth certificate he is screw. If he can supply a fake or illegaly obtain birth certificate then the other side has to prove that it was ilegally obtained.

that is the game.

With big foot it has a different ball park you don't have gov documents of big foot.

There fore you need to document bigfoot yourself to prove your case. It makes a harder case then this one against obama.

There were previously 17 lawsuits before the SCOTUS. Then they threw out the one, and 'mysteriously' dropped the other 16, with no comment. They have shown by their actions that they are not legitimate, and they are not MY government. I am an American, and I only recognize a Constitutional government, thus do not recognize the usurper Obama bin Kenya. Lucifer is the one who decides who is really in charge, not the voters. The whole thing with any lawsuits about Obama bin Kenya is that the courts don't want to enforce the law. Nothing will happen in the courts. They no longer are about law. Peace.

Well they seem a failry reputable bunch..you wouldnt think they would go through this if they didnt have some proof!

You know Im not really a fan for any form of government but if this were to happen I know many people who would react violently.

well... If they didn't have proof they wouldn't pursue such a case.

They wouldn't waste their time making a lawsuit on something they don't have proof that obama illegally obtained a birth certificate.

Now I didn't say the proof could be legit or good enough to close the case. Just saying they must have some proof to solidify the allegations on obama.

So it's debatable. I just shared all i know about this situation from first persons. Not from new papers.

So we will see what happens. I know for one thing people will get pissed if this turns out to be true and obama has to leave office.

I mean you saw people who stand in the cold to see him get into office and many cried.

I also keep hearing in college people and professors to watch obama take office.

Cause it's part of history .Then the history channel and national geographic has documentry of such a event.

I am sure their is alot of hard word put into having obama as president. I doubt he will leave office.

But at the end you will get pissed people on both ends. If obama stays and is proven guilty our US gov will be looked at a corrupted gov. Yet on the other hand if you take obama out of office for this you get the other side of people being pissed about it thinking it was a racist move.

Now they will say that because bush never was impeach so why does bush get to break the rules and not allow obama to be president because of birth certificate.

It would make the situation seems racist to some. I can see the conflicts it could consist of.

What I AM and would be very irate about is that our government and electoral process is so haphazard that a situation like this is allowed to progress to the point that it has.

I also hate any form of smugness in the face of legitimate questions.

Trivial lawsuits are made everyday. People sue for a variety of reasons, hate being one of them. These people probably hate the fact that a black man is President of the U.S., and they'll do anything to get rid of him.

Well this is not like any other case. This involves the U.S gov.

No one can dare to make a lawsuit in front of the nation just because he hates a black man.

If that is the case.. This case wouldn't last long. Not just that they would be crazy to do such a thing.

Cause when you make a lawsuit case against public figures you will be in the spotlight and if anyone knows that your after obama because he is black. You will face alot of lawsuits and also death treats.

I am sure these people are not stupid to not have any facts to support their case.

I have seen videos of them explains why they think this .

One video showed he has another birth certificate in africa. I don't know how true this is.

I just shared what I know from zacky. I am just saying don't think this is some retarted people that hates blacks and wants them out of office.

I personally don't see that this case is about because he was black. It's more about the law.

They have a legit concern that obama may not be american born.

The reason why out constitution dosent' allow people from other countries to be presdient in the U.S is because they would favor their home country.

that was the bases on that rule.


Now I gave my background on why I think the case may be legit and true. They do have a legit argument.

I learned it from zacky and that is views as a primary source.

So I am just saying that it dosen't seem like white people want obama out because he is black.

I personally don't think the people that are accusing obama that he has a illegaly obtained birth certificate are not racist but doe have some proof of such a thing.

Otherwise why bother file a lawsuit if you know you will lose??

You are correct in 99% of your post bar 1 point....... BHO isnt black.... He is mixed race...... I dont have a problem with this but maybe those who cause problems do..... Could this be the route of all the grief?

Even if your wildest fantasies are true and Obama was born outside of the United States....provisions (interpretations) in Article 1 and Article 3 can and would be used to keep Obama in office.

For over 200yrs SCOTUS has told us what the Constitution means and like the Bible....its all about which religion is going to interpret it.

I'm not going to give a Con Law lesson here. But read my lips, Obama will not be removed from office over a birth certificate even if he was born in Tehran!

Okay, there is no proof that Obama was born in Kenya, or, any other place other than the USA.

I think people just ideologically opposed to Obama feel like they need something they can hold on to so they can attack him with and choose not to support him for that reason.
