Do we give the government too much credit?

We submit plans to build our house. If there is martial law does the government know what in our house through hour transactions? Is the government watching ATS for information?

Theses are all great questions, however there are and infinite number of possible situations where we could be watched.
Are we?
Or are we paranoid?

Where does it stop?

Will it?
