Portland underground Naval Headquarters and communications centre

i am interested if any body has checked this base out recently as far as im aware the last site visit i have seen is in 2004 and just wondered if anybody has been of late and what sort of condition its in thinking of talking a look with some friends as the naval base has now been closed and sold of to private developers and am looking at obtaining permission to have a look around from the people who own the site now any feedback would be great

Just grab a camera, the Hardy Boys (the actual people would be best, but one of their books will suffice), a few Capri-Suns and have at it...
