A lot of communists are involved in the Anti-USA demonstrations in the USA and elsewhere around the world.

It's hilarious watching the American peaceniks try to cover up these FACTS when called on it.

INTERNATIONAL ANSWER is the lead Communists spreading lies about the USA around the world.

Communists lost the Cold War, so now they're trying to stab Americans in the back through muslim terrorists.

Oh, didn't we help muslims in Afghanistan against Communists??? People around the world ignore the FACTS, very much like many on this board.

well, two points on that.

a) the people in the pakistan border refugee camps don't look all that happy...In fact they looked pretty damned miserable.

b) You may not be forcing people to look happy but you certainly manipulated them for the benifit of the media.

for example, there are 2 endearing images from just after the liberation of Kabulthat come to mind.

one was of a child flying a kite.
the other was of a huge crowd waving little US flags as tanks rolled in to liberate them.

question. where did the kid get the kite from?

I'm contemplating the addition of the *THUGS in Washington D.C.* who've oppressed the USA for the past 50 years or so...Shouldn't they be added to that list & get bombed too?


When I first saw the movie Independence Day in the movie theatre, I experienced something that gives me a general idea about the Citizens' attitude towards the government: During the scene where the White House got blown up, the *audience cheered*! I heard one over-loud comment that the aliens just "did us a favor"...

Makes you wonder how the US Government could have such a bad reputation among the citizens...The sad part is that very few citizens (relatively few, compared to the total population) are willing to *do* anything about getting a "government by the People & for the People" back on track. The only way to accomplish this is for the Citizens to *band together* & work as a team to get it back on track. As long as there's only a few scattered protest marches or some minor attempts at petitioning here & there, the government is just going to label them as "a minority opinion" (or, under the Home Security Act, as a terrorist group) & keep right on oppressing the majority.

When East-Germans soldiers were killing East-German civilians who were just trying to escape from the communist hell, or

Theres a HUGE difference in how the American People feel about our own government and how we feel about other countries! This is like a family I can insult my brother and call him all kinds of names BUT woe to you if you try the same!!! I agree our government goes way to far in its abuse of our Consitution but dispite their motives here at home I agree with the course we are taking on Iraq and the Anti-terroist action. But I'll be one of the First to take up my arms to prevent any abuse of liberty here at home!!

Touche', hehe... However, they could have just as easily tossed the kite and flags on the ground and spat on them...but they didn't, so that says something...

Remember though...most of Al-Queda used to be Mujahadeen, and were US trained and supplied to fight the Soviets. That said though, once in power, it is they who then ran amuck with it and turned against us in their fanaticism... Terrorism's true roots are more likely a group of trained killers, who, now that their particular war is over, and they aren't part of a standing army...look for something to validate their existence, and find it, in the mariad of causes they profess to support, as the meaning in their lives. Because they are already fanatics in religion, it is easy for charismatic terrorist leaders to pervert that belief into support of their self-professed "cause", and thus, it spreads like an infection...

This is a good thread, it was written in 2003, I think we should talk more about this... This could get very interesting...

Operation AJAX at the urging of the Brits, engineered the ousting of Mossadeq, who was democratically elected, and replaced him with the Shah. The Shah in turn brutalized the citizens with the Mossad trained SAVAK. This in turn help plant the seeds of Islamic fundamentalism. The revolution occured in 79 and the world has not been the same. Who knows if democracy had been allowed to flourish in Iran where would we be today

People dont seem to have problems getting american flags in other countries though the are usually for the purpose of burning.
