Paramedic, senator held for questioning over alleged John Travolta extortion plot.

www.news.com.au

THE paramedic who was on the scene when John Travolta's son suffered a fatal seizure has been detained over an alleged blackmail attempt on the actor.

Ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne is one of two suspects detained, according to Senior Assistant Commissioner of Police Marvin Dames.

Mr Lightbourne was on the scene when Travolta's 16-year-old son Jett suffered a fatal seizure at the family's holiday house on Grand Bahama Island.

If it is in fact a photograph which was taken of Mr Travolta's son, then this is a revolting and unbelievably distasteful act by the paramedics.

I cannot help but wonder if there is something else they saw which they are threatening to tell? There is NO EVIDENCE in the article to suggest this is the case and i only make the comment as there was a lot of curiosity previously on ATS about the nature of his son's death.

Curious, at the least.

He was probably hoping to have the Travolta's "reward" him for not selling the photograph to some tabloid...
