Sorry for another sensationalist, National Enquiresque-like title but since the other "inauguration ufo" was most likely a bird, I thought I show you something which is, in my opinion, not a bird.

If the CNN UFO flyover on inauguation day was a bird...why has the original been deleted...now only copies of this footage can be seen!

What you got there, if its not a fake, is a CNN camera balloon.
They had permission to use one during the inauguration for overhead shots.
I'll try to find a linkie.

Are you kidding? It's a bird. Definitely. Bird. There are pages and pages of bird photo analysis on ATS, and this really looks like a bird in mid flight with the beak on the right and it's tail on the left. Did I mention it's a bird?

Or "they" still think that Bush has the codes for the nukes. Don't forget that the Stephenville Incidents were near the Bush Ranch... they may have a special interest in the people who have the power over the nukes. Don't forget that the U.S.S Franklin D. Roosevelt had many USO & UFO encounters. It was the first naval ship to carry nuclear weapons.
And then there is the Malmstrom AFB UFO/Missile Incident!

Could be a bird, yes, - or it could be this CNN camera balloon - but imho the quality of the picture is not good enough to tell exactly what it is. So what we have here is an unidentified flying object.

to be honest, the first thing to came to my mind was this

Yes, that looks like the top secret B1-RD aircraft.
We used to get them at the airport from time to time, but the FAA guys used to chase them away. Apparently, they can cause jet engines to suddenly stop working.

It could also be the dreaded GU-11…
Very similar to the B1-RD, but normally they are white with gray, and slightly larger.

ok - look carefully at the picture

see the helicipter - its ` indistinct ` the colour is washed out and the edges are hazy

see the buildnfs on the skyline - same

see the aledged UFO - it is the sharpest object in the pic - its edges are the best defined - its colour is solid vlack [ in shlouhette ]

ergo - it is the closest object to the camera - by a masive margin

i vote bird too - and demand ` extra ordinary evidence ` to persuade me to change my opinion

It's a bird.

I added an inset picture of another example from a couple of years ago when a similar shaped object was mistaken for a UFO. You can see the similarities in the shapes:

EDIT TO ADD:
Just to clarify, the two pictures in the inset are of a single object (one annotated and one not), but that object is NOT the one in the OP's picture -- just a very similar shape, which is why my inset example is relevant.
