Like I might have said before... The dollar value of the 'damages' was FABRICATED... in order to trigger the heavy penalty clauses. Gary has got some schizo problems... In terms of telling the public what he REALLY knows... He hides behind... A cloud of smoke... Mostly when it suits him.

So it's the 20th now? They should have made their decision soon right? Any breaking news?
Edit:
Just read that its a UK judge....so that means in the next 12 hours we may see something but everyone will be watching the Obama show and the reporting may not be expedient.....*sigh*

Evidence that U.S. space agency NASA has defrauded U.S. taxpayers for billions of dollars could scrap NASA’s case against UK hacker Gary McKinnon. Credible witnesses have claimed that NASA has altered or destroyed its photos containing images of UFOs. This could become a legal and public relations nightmare for NASA.
Was your main motivation the search for extra-terrestrials?
That is how it started off and it then grew into suspicions about 9/11, because there are hundreds of unanswered questions about 9/11, the dragging away of all the forensics evidence, and the sale of all the concrete and steel to China. Even the firemen of New York organised their own web site to complain that this isn’t a proper process. Then there are the schools for terrorists run by America to help Latin-American dictatorships and stuff.

Update
British computer hacker Gary McKinnon said he was "gobsmacked" yesterday after winning the right to launch a fresh High Court challenge against moves to extradite him to America.

I do hope that this flap will force NASA to come clean. Perhaps this will be the door that Obama can walk through for full disclosure. We certainly can hope.
All agencies should adopt a presumption in favor of disclosure, in order to renew their commitment to the principles embodied in FOIA, and to usher in a new era of open Government. The presumption of disclosure should be applied to all decisions involving FOIA.
The presumption of disclosure also means that agencies should take affirmative steps to make information public. They should not wait for specific requests from the public. All agencies should use modern technology to inform citizens about what is known and done by their Government. Disclosure should be timely.
