A total Surveillance Society. 800,000 of them coming to a city, town, near you, recording everyday activity, which goes into linked databases. Be a little be concerned.

Hmm, I hadn't read such information about abuses at the "Fusion Centres".

But, there's this information to share:

i too have been labeled a racist latley due to a comment i made about uor incoming president.I was having a conversation with some friends and their friends that i didnt know.i said that our new pres. should get very freindly with c.i.a the f.b.i and all the rest to deepyl investigate ALL of the known hate groups in america,not just the popular ones that come to mind.I should add that the pres. elect was not my guy buy it was due to political reasons only and i dont care who beleives me,when I saw him give his victory speech however I was deeply moved.Wow I thought we just stuck it in the face of the rest of the world who thinks democracy doesnt work.though he was not my candidate didnt matter anymore,I was just proud to be an American.As our conversation went on I said that as far as our natiion has come however,it could all come tumbling down if if some knukle head hate group decides to make a name for themselves by harming our first african american president.Think about this just for a moment ppl is what i told them.If God forbid, something happen to him like that they would burn this country to the ground and set back race relations hundreds of years.Now I agree that its not a pleasant thing to say .But pretty damn far from being racist.RIGHT?

I have never been confronted by investigators and I limit my posts on this site, as I like to read the threads rather than post them. But, I have noticed a few changes in the general environment around me. Whether they are following ME or someone else I do not know. But I often times notice a white suburban with the same two people in it circle my block and then I will see that same one parked very near my work place. Could just be coincidence but it sure is suspicious.

Im glad they are spending our tax payers $ well........better be careful they just might lock you up in our over crowded prison system....wonder why that is again? Oh yeah Nixon created the DEA.

I would say You are so lucky .Now you can see how our sorry excuse for a Big Government can harrass it's citizens . I wish it were me .I would make them earn their money! The Federal Bureau Of Intimidation has nothing better to do but harrass the true citizens that are patriots like you and me .I my self welcome them. They don't intimidate me at all .I would love for them to tail me. I would first make sure I have a video of them so I could show it on Youtube.I want them to ask me them questions! They put a guy now in the White House that does not have to prove he is a citizen of the United States yet Everyone knows it is against the Constitution of this nation.He has all his information off limits ,Why I ask!!!And the Supreme court is AFFRAID to enforce it .They should be charged with TREASON! There is no reason to "lawyer up" in America if you are not a criminal. And yes, I do know that under the guise of the unconstitutional Patriot Act, we are being subjected to the tactics used by the Nazis.

well it seems that you for starters you were not approached by the police so everybody saying that you didnt have to speak to the police is incorrect since they weren't police officers.

secondly, you of course didnt have to answer anything at all. but you chose to. that's commendable. everybody is different. i perhaps would have approached the interrogation differently.

ultimately it is creepy to find out that they are approaching almost anybody about almost anything. not like back in the days when they did long term thorough investigations on individuals. it's gotten easier and very short term for the powers that be unfortunately. we all just need to be a lil more careful about the information we're posting but always to keep spreading the "word".

I too am an honorable American, proud to have served, who believes the Bill of Rights should be adhered to. It is unsconscionable that the FBI or any other arm of the government harrass you for repeating the elemental support for the tenets that made America Great -- and for your enumeration of the things that detract from America's proud traditions. People sworn in to public or military office swear allegiance to America and to the laws in place to protect it from carpetbaggers, scoundrels and perpetrators. Go get'em tiger.

Sorry I couldn't be on here yesterday, I had to go welcome my brother back from Iraq. First of all I have been trying to and will continue trying to get ahold of the OSBI, though being a holiday today tells me that I won't be successfull. The way I got his name is that he told it to me. When I was looking at staff of different offices of the OSBI my memory was jogged and it came to me. He kind of has a unique name. As soon as I get more info I will post it. Please quit saying it's BS I am putting my name and business's name on the line just to share with everyone my experience.

its specifically about seeing what they can get away with as far as stuff your willing to admit or how you will react to certain scenarios.

listen to yer instainct/gut and not the false sense of well-being/security the gov is pushing and using as a pre text for all sorts of horrible stuff..
