Closed Eye Visuals

Hey ATS'ers
every since i was a kid i would get a flash light or something and shine it near my eyes with them closed obviously haha and leave it for 10 seconds and then keep them closed and i would see things breaking into pieces forming into faces although not with proper detail just a red face kinda hard to explain i also see many other indescribable things but yeah i was just wondering am i alone its so fun and is this a way to open your 'third eye'
