And no, I'm neither Jewish nor a Talmudist. But the above website explains how the Talmud is distorted by anti-Semites.

Its amazing how people who arent jews like to bang on about how holy the talmud is and how its given more weight that the Torah.

The Talmud is a 3000 something page book that is a commentary on the Torah by the Rabbis.

The only jewish sects that make reading it mandatory are the ultra orthodox and chassidic rabbinical jews.

Most jews wont have even read the book, heck most jews wont even own a copy of it.

On the other hand, I remember watching a true life tv film about a young woman who murdered or helped murder her sexually abusive father. The judge gave her a six month sentence. Why? Based on old jewish "bible" teachings a child was allowed to murder her/his sexually abusive parent. "

i think she should have got a medal, not jail time.
