Good call about the cancer. Stephen King's 'Insomnia' has to do with these alien/spirit/little men that come and go.... you should read it, super good. May have some merit to it.

Megan- I used to have dreams like that when I was little. I think it's because you're trying to explore things spiritually and spirits and beings started to find you interesting.

If you ignore them, they go away. If you get into it, they stick around.

I let mine stick around for a long time but then they started getting annoying.

Yeah, I am very intersted in all of them. mostly Drake.... Why wont he just tell me more? And the way he talks is so.. so.. odd? he's never tried to hurt me. Infact, its quite the oppsite. He's been protecting me. I was hanging over at my friends house, she was typing a report for school, (BTW:shes a super slow typer) she just finished her 2nd page (which took her about an hour, ugh super boring) and i said something friendly, and she snapped. "Megan! just stop talking for a second! i need to finish this and your talking!!" she snapped at me. i did a double take, people knwo me, they dont get in my face (as you know, i have a temper and i realllly dont like rude people) and then, the computer shuts off.! POOF, shut off completely. She didnt even save it! i felt Drake, laughing. She was stareing at me with her mouth wide open "What Did You Do?!?!?!?1??" she screamed. I laughed and told her nothing. And i thought it was funny and nice of him. But when a guy asked me out, he got mad. This guy, lets name him Bob, Bob called me over to his locker, and he asked if i would go out with him, called me sexy and hot, which grossed me out because if your trying to charm a person, you dont use those words. Before i could say anything, his locker slammed shut (by its self)
He's hand was in the locker though, he was leaning on it. He screamed and crused, Drake flashed in my eyes, a cloak of black. He had no right to HURT him. it frustrated me deeply. Whats his problem?

Your experience isn't like what other people's experience with this man in black seem to be, maybe it's a male ancestor trying to look over you?


You should do some family searching, next time he appears maybe ask him something telepathically look him in the eyes and think "are we related" or "how are connected"

Be firm about it, don't act scared, stand your ground and be confident when you do this.

OK, so wow. What i did is what i usally do, i turn off all my lights, expect for this one light that is dim. The dark helps me think better with out blinding light, so i sat, waiting, clearing my mind. I felt him enter my room, he was very, very couris what was going on. I spoke softly, in a mummer "What connection do we have?" i asked, clearly so he could understand me. I sat there for a minute and finally, i got a answer in my ear. Usally i get them in my head, but no not this time. I felt him lean over, lean to my ear and whisper "Soulmate" right in my ear. It sent shivers down my spine. soulmate... that doesnt make sense. can a creature, soul, what ever he is really love the living? before i could ask something, he walked out as easily as he came in. whats this supposed to me? can he serouisly love the living?

Is anyone else getting a superbad feeling about this one?

I think you need to completely distance yourself - really sorry...but I really feel you need to cut all ties with it. He is telling you what you want to hear.

Please begin to look into some of the ways that spirits begin to invade peoples' lives.

I am not religious, not a christian...not into demonology or possession stories, but I have had to deal with many experiences throughout life.

This is not just sounding, but it is not FEELING good to me in the least.

Does he seem to be getting stronger every day? Like being able to do more things. When you first talked saw him you said you just saw him. Then he talks, now he can turn off computers and slam lockers. I am very courios about this one. He may be getting stronger because of you. He could be good could be bad. If I was bad I would be good if someone made me stronger to be around them till I was strong enough to do what I wanted.

I do want to know more though so I do not want to tell you to stop even thought that is most likely the right thing to do.

Please, update us everytime something happens. I have checked this thread every day since you started it. I always check on people in black ever since my experiance because I wish I would not have got scared.

Sounds like a Shadow Person. MOst of them have been reported to be evil or at the least, mischievious. A few have reported feeling not threatened, but most have reported feeling a sense of dread, fear, or hate coming from them. Sometimes attacks have been reported. I suppose you could try and pray for guidance and help. Here's some additional info

I have woken up to see an exceptionally tall, cloaked shadow figure standing by my bed on three separate occasions in my life. It seems to be a portent for me that something bad is going to happen.

The last time the shadow was there, it was accompanied by a bizarre (I kid you not) disembodied eye!

I woke up - looked to my right...saw a red eye staring at me..thought "oh my god, just look away and tell it to go." - moved my gaze to the left hand side of the bed and the shadow was there.

This last one happened just before my father died.

It wasn't pleasant, to say the least.

Who knows you may have an old sole that’s has been around for awhile. He cold be attached to the sole from a previous life. But hey who knows.

This guy is going to be around as long as she acknowledges his existence.

The easiest way to make things that go bump in the night disappear is to ignore them, when you ignore them they have no power over you because essentially to you they don't exist.

As long as she feeds into this guy he will be there, perhaps even if she does ignore him he'll become even more violent, who knows, I would recommend blessing yourself and your space with dragon's blood, you can buy it already made into oil/liquid form and any new age shop.

What you have encountered is a shadow person. Frankly there are many theories of who or what the shadow people are. Some say they are creatures from another dimension or reality. Some say they are ghosts and spirits. I believe the latter. As you mention before, some people are born or have trained themselves to see them. It's like a Annetta signal, some people just have better receptions then others. I remember awhile back ago, I came across a thread similar to yours about this shadow people constantly visiting this person. Then finally one night, the poster swore he saw the shadow person wear an outline of a plat shirt and jeans, leaving me to believe that these shadow people are distorted signal of ghosts or spirits.

It might be a wise idea to try to rid yourself of this thing as soon as possible. Maybe you can find a spiritual medium to help cleanse your house. The more attention you give to this thing, the more its going to bother you, or who knows might even turn violent.

I'm going through the same sort of situation right now.
On Sunday, I was out skating near my house and I saw these two figures. They were exactly how you described them (ish) Well they were about 5ft high, black and for some strange reason the word "rigid" came into my head. They look like they've put torn black, silky sheet over themselves. They kept on appearing different places and I was scared they were symptoms of Schizophrenia (they're not though)
I do not feel comfortable even saying this as I have had such an experience with the paranormal.
Try and talk to it, I did. Since then I haven't seen them accept for in my head, which my mind acts like my eyes.
If you still see it, start shouting and screaming at it. It goes real slow and you feel really weird, but it should go away. Tell it to go away and that you don't feel comfortable around it.
I don't know much, but that's my only advice I can give you. Good luck. :]

Hello, and thanks to your replys. Todays and new day, and as well, things have gotten weird. I understand how some of you think of him as bad, some times i question it my self. But some how i dont. Maybe he is playing me, maybe he's not. But i do not know enough right now to just quite. I do not want to ruin my chance of alifetime to listen to him, he's to intersting. I have my limits though, if he gets to much i do scream at him (temper... i know ) and he does go away. But i think you are right... that he is getting stronger. How can i make him stronger? I'm not doing anything. I dont even feel dained, as if he's taking my enegry. Its confueseing, yet i like to learn about it. add if you have a thought. and thanks for those who check this often.

Dark spirits, entities, will do what looks to be good things for you just to get you closer to them. They will tell you things you want to hear so you don't think they are bad. As you feel more comfortable with them they gain strength. They don't necessarily have to drain your strength as much as they gain their's.

Once it knows you are mesmerized by it, and wanting to get to know it better, that's when it strikes. Be prepared for this do not be caught off guard by it.
I am not saying it's evil, per say, but from what you have said it sounds like it might be.
These are classic signs of these kind of entities.

New rule-

If dark spirits, or spirits of any kind that you are pretty unfamiliar with, turn you on... it's time to make them go away, no questions asked.

I think that he may not be getting energy from you so much as through you. Kind of like the thought that Gods get their power from the belief in them kind of thing. He may be getting stronger just by having more and more contact with you and this plane.

Maybe you are just around him more and are getting more attuned to how he is so you just precieve him as stronger because you precieve more of him. I have thought about that too.

Maybe you could ask him. You might get a lie or the truth or no answer but I really want to know. I think you so much for shareing. Your story is so interesting and hope you keep up.

This is bad... maybe you need to take serious action... if you are religious then it is easy to get an exorcist. If you are non-religious, there are people to do a non-religious exorcism but they might take a while to find.
Do you see it all of the time? Try and link its appearances together, and what mood you are feeling.
Like I said I am not an expert... but I have a few tips.
