ive gone through a lot of the posts on here and it seems like people are very quick to blast israel over this.

both sides are at complete fault for this. hamas just as much as the rest. whether it was the 6000 or so rockets fired early on from inside before this war or the WP let loose over residential gaza. Maybe its hammas for cowerdly setting up within the confides of its civilians for protection and rigging things to explode in front of buildings.

my point is both sides are 100% at fault, with both sides putting its residents in danger.

All i am asking/saying is to REMEMBER, those rockets fired from inside gaza are hitting israeli citizens as well. We do not get to see the other end of the hammas rockets destruction live.

i am not from israeli decent nor practice the religion, i just laugh when i see people leaning to one side for blame. Also you can say the truth is covered up, israel is not telling the full story to cover themselves but..... sometimes the simplest explanation is correct. Two sides are fighting and doing things which are both dangerous to civilians.

First of all, you're in the wrong thread... the Israeli support thread is somewhere else ("Look at what the innocent Gazans are using..." or something like that as a thread title). Secondly, it's not that people are necessarily supporting one side over the other, it's that Isreal is using unnecessary force in retaliation to the rocket attacks from Hamas personnel. Speaking of which, you refer to Israeli civilians being killed?? There have been barely over a dozen Israeli deaths PERIOD since this skirmish began, while over a thousand Palistinians (many of which are women and children) have been killed, maybe more. So you can't really compare the two.

Again, this isn't about one side or the other, it's about aggresors and their weak opponents. Stop trying to destract everyone from the real issues here... please.

We are trying to keep this thread as much on topic as possible..which is to discuss what we are seeing on live camera. You say you are not on anybody's side but I personally think your views here are very much one-sided and we dont really want to get into arguments again.
with respect welcome to the thread and our resident cockeral who is named Pheonix...long live pheonix!

I'm not gonna use this thread to debate this issue, but I will say this..

Israels actions in Gaza are totally and completely unacceptable. They are using force that cannot be justified by the so called cause, the rockets launched by Hamas.
The ITIC in Israel have confirmed that it was in fact Israel, not Hamas, that broke the cease fire and a source inside the US foreign secretary department confirmed this weekend that Hamas offered a continuation on the cease fire on Desember the 19th..

I'm however not saying that Hamas has no blame in this, because they do, BUT Israel bears a bigger blame. You see, the rockets flying out of Gaza are not the disease..they are a symptom.
And we all know that you can't cure a disease by masking the symptoms..right..

1) I am not supporting either side.

2) I am simply saying after reading through some threads and SOME come off as poor hammas bad israel. To the people who feel that way keep an open mind, hammas is as much to blame as israel. i am NOT taking anyone side.

3.) to the comment of go to the "support israel" thread to post. UM NO! this response would be the same for both sides. I am in a room watching a live feed with rockets being fired onto both sides...i can and will post however I feel on this matter.

BOTH sides are to blame, both sides have rockets being fired onto civilians. Thank the LORD not as many deaths have happend in israel and I WISH and extra emphasis on WISH i could say the same about gaza.

and i am on topic, this post is reffering to previous talks in this room and also on the current assualt live.

also thank you for the welcome.

So pleased we are having a quiet night tonight...i feel shell shocked from the past few nights..god knows what those people must be feeling like. I hope talks are under way and that is why there is a lull.

contradict, not once.

i hope it ends soon as well. This war will end, another will begin. It is part of the human race, somthing as a whole we should not be proud of.
