Here are 60 all time greats space photos – many I’ve seen some I hadn’t but some great reminders here that have been put together by World Of Technology

I particularly liked

Climb - A Streak of Light A timed exposure of Atlantis' climb into space and movement downrange over the Earth's curvature is captured by NASA in what local news media commonly call the 'streak shot.

Hope you enjoy

Although those pics are AWEsome, nothing beats the thrill of looking down your own telescope and seeing a planet for the first time.....Which I did for my first time last night. I got a cheap 3 inch reflector for christmas and saw Venus for the first time last night. It was only at 87.5x magnification but it looked incredible. I cant wait for Saturn and Jupiter..

Peace.

Great post

Thanks for sharing those -I think the most truly humbling image is this one of Earth taken in 1991:

You’re right there I was lucky enough to take a look at a local amateur observatory recently and you only need see those rings of Saturn once and your hooked. Still I can’t go there to often it’s to far away from me – oh well back to the pics

Anyone have a good pic please post
