Why do people think the NWO = concentration camps, global starvation, blah blah blah people dying.

ohhhh because you DONT like fear mongering. ...oh.. ok. Unless a 1 world government steps in and takes over the planet. mankind is #ed.

what happened when what his face unified china? sure people died, # happened blah blah blah.

you all just see the negative. too small minded to see the big picture.

heres my question...if the NWO takes over, you think there plan is to reform the planet so that 5 million people can live in peace? ahhaha....... so they would want to kill off their best resource? ...doubtful.

People are concerned about the NWO because they know what types of people are working for a NWO. Elite members of government, banking, and business are not trustworthy, as they are also involved in the secret societies which are working towards a NWO. They act like they care about the people when they're in public. But their allegiances are to the masters they serve, the orders they belong to, and the demons they worship, NOT to the people they are supposed to serve. These people are only interested in gaining power, and control over all of humanity. They don't want freedom, which most humans long for, but would like to benefit themselves by becoming a global dictatorship.

They belong to groups who believe "Chaos" will lead to "Order". They manufacture chaos in an attempt to make people beg for order. Free will means nothing to them. Many would call this type of behavior "evil". The people who disagree with the NWO will not receive the same treatment as the sheeple. If you choose to be a "spokesperson" for the NWO, I'm sure you'll be treated well. As long as you don't care about freedom, enjoy licking the boots of your leaders, and never question the motives of the elite, you'll be a perfect slave.

However, those of us who choose to disagree with the decisions of government, or prefer the ideology of nation states over global governance, or would like the freedoms granted to us by our national laws, have a right to dissent. And just as history shows, it will be the dissenters who will have to face the punishment for not bowing down to the dictators. We will face death, because we believe death on your feet is better than slavery on your knees.

How people like you can justify the end of sovereign nation states, I will never understand. You say mankind is screwed if we don't have a global government, but I must ask: WHY? There is no problem which requires a global government as a solution. If people realized that the more power we give away, the less control we have, they might see that individual countries benefit by having their own governments to elect, monitor, and pressure. Global government will only lead to less power in the hands of the people, and more power in the hands of a few.

Fascism and communism are one in the same. China clearly shows this. The people in China have few freedoms, and they live in a dictatorship. Any dissent is punished, and the people are slaves for the Corporations of the West. Do you like the sound of this? Maybe you'd love to move there. China is a model for the NWO elite. So tell me, what's the "big picture"?

You are clearly in favor of a NWO, but you give no reasons for your conclusions. You say "if some must die", so maybe you just don't care about human life. Why does anyone need to die, because some leaders have told you so? And this doesn't concern you? You say you'll be a spokesperson, but you're assuming they'll let you live. Well, I guess if you beg and plead, and lick their boots, you might end up as one of the "lucky" slaves.

If you are one of those who "must die" so that others can live in comfort, will you still be okay with the scheme? Or are you just assuming that you're so wonderful that your NWO masters will spare you while killing millions (and perhaps billions) of others?

Very difficult to de-code...

I know that Kissinger is a powerful major globalist, but has he ever been wrong in his predictions? I don't know enough of his writings to comment...

I find the opening paragraph the most difficult to undertand, could anyone provide a translation?

* * *

"...the delusion that an economic system could sustain itself via debt indefinitely. In reality, a country could live in such a profligate manner only so long as the rest of the world retained confidence in its economic prescriptions. That period has now ended."

He's acknowledging that America and the West are up to their eyeballs in debt. Also predicting the collapse of the dollar.

Also acknowledging the rise of China, India, Brazil and Russia.

"the gap between a global system for economics and the global political system based on the state must be addressed as a dominant task in 2009."

This is key, but I'm not sure what it means. Is he talking about a shift in power from bankrupt governments to globalist institutions? A consolidation of power for the bankers?

and the national dependence on debt overcome.

Very obscure. How?

* * *

I agree with the OP that parts of the discussion are a bit off topic. A few good points have been made though. This is not the place to discuss your feelings towards the NWO, or whether it's benign or not. There are other threads for that very relevant subject. We are trying to peek into this guys mind, to see what their plans for 2009 are.

The general tone is "humble", but how genuine is this? Is it a genuine acknowledgement of rising non US powers, or just a benign mask? I don't know.

An interesting discussion.

However, do you have any solutions?

Picking through various ideas, it seems that you guys don't want a One World Government to come into being, that you think that correct balance comes about through Nations with a central meeting place (the UN) being at a lower position than the National governments. I would agree with this idea.

However, again I ask, what solutions are on the table?

I just stumbled across this thread because of google search for Kissinger's talk in the Economist and doing some research on Secret Societies in general.

First off, I know I'm very late to this party, but this thread deserves ongoing attention given the events since 2009 in both economic and political realms involved with the oil industry (BP blowout) and current build-up around Iran. I think the latter, in some ways, may make Kissinger much less than the prophet he would like to be perceived as. We seem to be going it alone, or maybe with just Israel as an ally there.

Second, l find interesting, as someone remarked earlier in the thread that this talk is going out in the open again, given the pushback and collapse of the "unveiling" of the idea with Bush I in 1991. It did take another 18 years, but I believe THEY believe it's time to dust if off and bring it to fruition. I am surprised too it's being pursued again with such openness.

In response to the post directly above, I think there is a positive solution we need think about. The problem with the UN, WTO, et al is not that these organizations, or types of organizations are not useful or needed in reducing conflicts around the world. I think they are. The problem is that the further you embed power in international organizations, the further you remove common people from control of their own destiny and the wider you open the door for elites to assert control through international law, which by our own constitution automatically becomes the overriding law of the US. I don't want to spend a lot of time dredging it up, but I believe that's in article VI, where it addresses international treaties and US law.

Let me quote a bit from Billy Bragg here:

IMF, WTO
I hear these words everywhere I go
Who are these people?
Who elected them?
And how do I replace them with some my friends?

Do you hear me?
Are you listening?
No Power Without Accountability!

From NWPA, Billy Bragg.

What Billy Bragg is suggesting is that we need to truly democratize these institutions and let everyday citizens get access to electing representatives to their ruling councils. If we held national elections for UN representative, WTO representative, etc. This is the only way American citizens will ever even begin to by into the legitimacy of international organizations and feel comfortable that they will reflect our interests.

We cannot, nor should we, ever become comfortable with governing authorities either at home or, especially, on the international level. The further power is removed from our local communities, the less possible influence we will have on it and you can even see that at home with the hierarchies of power that evolved in the federal/state/county/city levels of legislation. The so called "pyramid" of power can exist to our benefit, but it must be inverted, so "top down" becomes a trickle down of power from the base to the elite, so they do our bidding, not us theirs.

"Kissinger writes: 2009 will mark beginning of NWO"

Well Kozmo writes that 2011 will mark the beginning of the end of the NWO. BOOK IT!!!

These stupid troglodytes are so egomaniacal that they have failed to realize that they have already shat the bed and that masses of people are coming to the realization what this New World Order has in store for them and they ain't playing along. It is already slipping beyond their control.

"Who is John Galt?" Well, I AM John Galt and millions of others will be John Galt, perhaps BILLIONS of others. Their power is only as strong as the masses allow. Everyone needs to read Atlas Shrugged - NOW!
