Yes it is a good outline but without changing rules, bills and Free trade practices it will never work.

And Obama mistake of surrounding himself with the same trash that cause the economic downfall during the Clinton era takes away from his credibility.

Obama Issues Dire Warning on Economy

While staying in his $20,000,- / night suite....
Kind of hypocritical if you speak about such things.

Since the other thread has been locked.

Spend spend spend! Let's keep on spending! And then..after that...we can spend some more. If the problem is still there...then we will spend even more after that. Eventually it has to work right? So let's keep spending!! Yes!!!!!

Obama is right!!!! Government is the only solution!!! Geezus....has he lost his freakin mind!!

Government is the cause of most of the problems we have and he's just going to continue on the same path.

Why doens't he cut my taxes by about 90 percent and cutback on all the wasteful spending? How about that damn plan???

Does the normal family in finacial trouble dig themself deeper in debt and spend their way out of trouble? Or do they cut back on unneeded things and spend more wisely?

Why doesn't he government do the same?

Many years ago, when SNL used to be funny, they used to run these little skits making fun of video dating. They called it "Lowered Expectations" (I hope someone remembers this), anyway everytime I see Obama I can't help but think of it and sing its little jingle.

I found a clip on Youtube...and it wasn't even SNL it was Mad TV!

www.youtube.com...

catchy jingle!

found another!

i thought the whole thing sounded quite well thought out, he talked a lot about creating jobs by investing in capital works, to create employment.

It does sounds good after all small businesses are the ones that are hurting the most with the economic woes, but remember that everything that will be thrown into the economy will end up in the pockets of China and all the oversea manufactures.

Then when it comes to infrastructure jobs those are going into the hands of Illegal immigrants as they are the ones that are doing most of this jobs now.

So in order to keep the money in America it has to be spend within America for American goods and the jobs has to be for American citizen only.

Now, where are the laws and bills to avoid the unavoidable?

Because my friend the model of the government is what devious bankers in the banking system and financial system started to use to make themselves filthy rich.

You know what makes me angry. This guy runs his freaking campaign claiming to have a plan to fix our economy and people bought it hook, line, and sinker. And now that he has been elected, he issues a dire warning. What the hell happened to the plan? Pretty sad when even Obama don't have faith in his own plan. If he did he wouldn't be issuing his dire warning. Guess it was another opportunity for him to be in front of the mic.

That was the plan...to win, to reap the rewards, then do the same as all the others have...tell us its gonna hurt.

Change...isnt it great?!!!

Cheers!!!!

Yeah, this speech was very disappointing - in fact it sucked. It was filled with platitudes and generalities. Then he smiled and waved. People clapped. I barfed.

I fear the train has already left the station with regards to the U.S. economy. Now we're all just left on the platform - broke and soon to be out of work.
