Windows 7 beta available worldwide by weekend, says Microsoft

When you take into account that there is probably 2 billion people using MS OS's in the world, and pretty much every single one of those users uses different hardware and applications, there are bound to be issues. You can't please all of the people all of the time.
Windows tries to be everything for everyone. At least with Vista they broke windows into different versions for different user types.
