My point is this:

Because Hamas won the election, i do not believe that they are right in all they are doing. Calling someone "fighters for freedom", does not justify terror actions on innocent people

No matter if a weapon got a Israli, Hamas or Iran name, it does not justify
killing of innocents

No matter if a person is israli, palistine, gypsy, jewish, danish, muslim, red hair, wear glasses, Paul McCartney, or the queen of Denmark does not make it right !

Even if you do have license for a weapon, it does not automatically justify killing.

When you post info with a biased point of view you really go all out dont you, first i know thousands of different jewish familys personally, all living in israel, all tracing their roots to the time of king david and beyond (the amount of written documention these families have retained is staggering, (however to them it was more important to them than their own lives) but it is only those of the tribe of judah and a few levites that have this documentation, as for the other tribes, well we are still looking.

OK - I'll use your term for the sake of understanding - the "occupation" is not causing the suffering of the Palestinians - the leadership of the Palestinians is doing a fine job of keeping their people in abject poverty and misery.

People say that humanitarian aid can't get to them becuase of the wall and the mean, evil Israelis. BOLOGNA!!!! How is it that they have no problem getting materials for bombs and rocket launchers? How is it that money (usually very large amounts) make it to the families of suicide bombers by outside supporters. The Arab world outside of this particular patch of ground sure is interested in perpetuating this 'war' but they take no real actions to do anything that would NOT lead to more violence, death and destruction.

Which Geneva Convention are you referring to in order to bolster your opinion on it's relevance to land aquistion in a time of war? I will grant you that I have never undertook an in-depth study of the conventions. I am not an expert on international law. I'm merely rebelling against the moral equivilancy that people like yourself try to reduce this discussion to. It is weak, lazy and quite frankly - boring.

What you will need to wake up to (and maybe you won't be able to do that until it affects you personally) is the fact that there is real evil in this world. I realize that it's not cool and hip and open minded and sophisticated - but the fact remains...participating and perpetuating the cult of death is evil.

1 They were not the first there.
2 They left the area.
3 The Palestinians were there when they came back.
4 The Palestinians were there when they first came. they were the first in that area.
5 The Palestinians were there all the time after they left.
6 The State of Israel is a fraud.
7 The State of Israel was built out of the sufering of the Palestinians.

You're right the Hebrew people were not the first in cannan, that would be the cannanites. They (the cannanites) came from a land in the upper north east area of africa by the nile delta. A fierce group of tribes came up out of the african interior into the delta region & pushed them out. We now call that land Egypt. The Israelites took cannan by force, just like every nation has done in order to control what they now call theirs. The Isralites did not just leave their land they were scattered by the romans in order to insure that there were no further revolts. ( they had enough trouble from that land as it was let alone those pesky Christians who came from that area also.) The palestinan problem was created by the arab states & they can fix it by opening up their borders and letting the people they kicked out back in, that's what Israel is doing for any Hebrew that is oppressed in any land. The land of Israel never belonged to the palestianans, it doesn't belong to them now, IT WILL NEVER BELONG TO THEM!
