Whether or not this place existed or not is up for debate. Read this article and discuss the evidence.
Rohl proposed two garden of Edin's though this article doesn't go into as much detail as the book. One was pre-flood and the other was in another
location that reminded them of their old home so they named it after the original. Of course the name Edin didn't actually exist back then, it was
actually called Dilmun/Tilmun. Tilmun translated to walled garden or something there a bouts. The article only does evidence for the first Garden
of Edin not both but also goes into the resting place of the ark.
