Russian UFO/Alien

I know there's loads of Russian UFO action on here, in fact I may have first come across this on here, if so please feel free to delete the thread, Mods.

The guys round the 'craft' don't seem to look very official and the shot of the computer screen displaying the picture is also suspiciously suspect.

Just wondered if anyone knew more about this.
