If Caiaphas was lying about the vision, the Gospel would of stated it. Considering what Caiaphas saw correlates to the mission that Jesus believed he had, die for Salvation, the vision is clearly intended to be divine.
There are many things he Bible should say but doesn't

First of all Jesus (Peace be upon him) did not die or got crucified by anyone. We Muslims believe that he was raised to heaven and is there, and will descend at the appointed time, end all wars, and bring peace to the world.
What the Holy Qur'an says about Jesus:
They slew him not, nor did they crucify him but it was made dubious to them. (Holy Qur'an, Surah Nisaa, Verse 157)
And surely they slew him not. But Allah (God) raised him unto Himself.
Bible sates:
and a little while and you shall not see me; and again a little while, you shall see me because I go to the Father.
As such, Muslims believe that Jesus (Peace be upon him) was raised to heaven. According to Hadith, he is on the second heaven. Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) mentioned, "During the Meraj (Ascension), I met Jesus (Peace be upon him) on the second heaven. I found him of medium stature, reddish white. His body was so clean and clear, that it appeared as though he had just performed ghusal (ablution, cleansing of the entire body) and come."
In another Hadith, Prophet Muahammad (Peace be upon him) mentioned to the Jews that:
"Jesus (Peace be upon him) is not dead, he will most surely return to you before Qiyamat (the Day of Judgement)."

God chose Israel. That's a fact. Get over it, I say.
If we go with that line of thought, then the entire text would be unreliable and it would be pointless to reference it in this case or any other case for that matter.

Hello, I'm just wondering because I don't know.
Do you say (Peace be upon him) after every name you say or is it just men or prophets considered Holy within the Muslim faith?

We say (Peace be upon him) after every Prophets name from Adam to Muhammad (Peace be upon them).

But saying "the Jews killed Jesus" is blaming not a bunch of long dead people, is blaming a whole ethnicity. And that is just wrong.
Just like saying "the Germans killed the Jews". You don't blame a whole nation for the mistake of a few.
