Injunction Request In Obama Case Denied

Philip J. Berg, the Pennsylvania attorney who has filed suit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s citizenship has had his request for a stay of the Electoral College denied.

Mr. Berg’s case was dismissed from the Third Circuit Court for lack of standing shortly before the Nov. 4 general elections. A second case, challenging both Mr. Obama and Republican John McCain, is scheduled for a Supreme Court conference on Friday.

I know Donafrio's case has been reported here, and there's another one going up for consideration before the Supreme Court today, but I hadn't seen Berg's dismissal here yet, to my knowledge. As others have mentioned, there will likely be dozens of cases submitted until SCOTUS will have to take SOME action or set precedence. At least 2 official refusals that I know of so far though...
