I watched "UFOs Over Earth" this evening, featuring MUFON's investigation of Chris Bledsoe's experience. First of all, I do not put much stock in the lie-detector approach - I don't trust its technology. But I do trust my own gut feelings. Now in the story, this FBI guy comes out and administers this "test". When he was reporting his results to the MUFON team, I carefully focused on his eyes, voice, and facial expressions. My perception was that the FBI guy himself was the one not telling the truth about the results. I believe it is possible that he went into it with a debunking already prearranged, and that it was his role or assignment to deliver that debunking. When people are lying, sometimes you just sense it. But we, the obedient public, are supposed to accept anything and everything our government tells us because they are, well, the government.. the authority. The evidence and testimony to the validity of the Roswell ET episodes is staggering and overwhelming. But our government continues plodding, sloppily denying it. What worked in 1947 doesn't work today. People are getting too smart. Those crashes and recoveries used to be the laughable fantasy of loonies, as depicted by the USAF and our government. Now, it has reversed. Now, the denials are what are laughable - they are now the fantasy. Today it is more believe that it did happen than not. So, given the abundance of cover-up crap that our government and military has been throwing at us over that alone, I cannot trust when they send someone like this guy out to administer his lie-detector test.

Although I had heard Chris Bledsoe's name before, I wasn't really familiar with him. Apparently his son Ryan is all over Twitter lately. He keeps posting photos of dust orbs saying they are aliens and other really questionable stuff. I forget what it was specifically, but I replied to him on April 1st on one of his posts thinking it was an April Fool's joke.

If you scroll down a bit here, you'll see what I mean. Orbs, fireflies in the woods he thinks are aliens communicating and other craziness
twitter.com...

Is this guy totally nuts?

When I was on twitter, i got to know Ryan pretty well.

He's a nice guy.

Gets pretty excitable, IMHO.

So it would seem. Those 'orb' photos and his belief in them makes me cringe

His father Chris has much more developed notions; I've run
across him too, even outside of Twitter.

But that said, for myself personally at least, I don't find
any of the Bledsoe perceptions terribly helpful in terms
of research.

A lot of 'this stuff'' turns out to be more meaningful for
the 'experiencer' than having any actual 'real-world'
impact.

In both esoterica (what' really going on in that case)
and in ufology, there's this 'hyped up experiencer
occurrence that lasts a few years, or even a few
decades, then it tends to peter out until the next
'3 ring circus' is manufactured.

When I knew Ryan, I said to him,

"did your dad get this one specific side effect" from
'what he was doing?'

he said, "yes".

he assumed that his dad had told me, I think,
but nope..

then I knew what it was all about... and that old
intelligence friends got all excited about 'UFOs'
and 'lady's' (for the catholics I guess),

was purely of no value..

contents of the 'little red wagon', not the actual
red wagon, which is the actual 'secret'.

but it's how this business goes.. (as you say often
yourself).

the same old crap, endlessly recycled.
