Reid: We won't smell the tourists anymore

The Capitol Visitors Center, which opened this morning, may have tripled its original budget and fallen years behind schedule, but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid found a silver lining for members of Congress: tourists won't offend them with their B.O. anymore.

$621 million well spent.

The contempt our government has for us is our fault. I guess we allow this attitude to continue out of fear or maybe because we have lost control of our own government.
How ungrateful can a person be?
We are really stupid to have people like this working for us.
We should cut off their allowance.

I would have to agree..it is the people's fault for electing such wishy washy leadership.

But thats what happens when you get millions of couch potatoes getting fat and believing that all will be taken care of if I just sit here on my fat rear and do nothing.
