We provide them the the finest toilets money could buy. My car sees to be a bird hot spot.
There is forest bird somewhere that replicates the common noises instead of having it's own. I saw it on an Attenburough documentary. It had learn to
replicate the sound of cameras AND chainsaw noises. WOW.
Dang. Embedding disabled by request. Still it's interesting, I wouldn't have thought to get those stones, I woulda just tipped it over.
Also noticed Dawn French doing the narration.
Here's one that blew my mind a year ago. This untrained crow comes up with a novel solution to an unfamiliar problem.
And here's a more whimsical "aww isn't that sweet" kinda vid. The crow adopted that kitten.
It's an unusual behaviour that can turn predator to protector. It seems helpless babies of any animal occasionally will get adopted by animal(s) of
an other species. Like in all those feral children stories where kids get adopted by dogs/wolves/monkeys etc. I remember seeing on Natgeo a lioness
looking after a baby gazelle. Wacky!
