Haven't any of those scientists/researchers heard of "proper nutrition"??? I'll bet not a single one of them ever talks about the virtues of
Omega-3 (EPA & DHA) fish oil and cod liver oil on not only the heart, but on the entire body. And what about the cheap, easily assimilable, and highly
therapeutic ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) taken in large doses daily, which effectively cancels out the risk of arterial lesions (lesions which lead the
way to the formation of plaque). And what about garlic and bromelain, excellent also for the heart as natural blood thinners? Or the hottest chili
peppers, which will can effectively enliven a sluggish blood flow? Or how about raw apple cider vinegar, which provides the potassium and acids
necessary to keep the blood thinned and flowing smoothly? Add raw unheated honey to the raw apple cider vinegar and you have an even more potent
tonic. And what about kelp, which keeps the heart healthy and eliminates heart pain. I could go on and on.
