Mystery over new Russian weapon

Seems like the cold war is still going strong to me. And with the Russians being broke and their history of selling weapons to other countries who knows.

I am sure the U.S. knows the weakness with their vigilant spying but the Russians seem pretty confident. Oh think of the countries that would like to get ahold of this.
