What would be the best way of exposing these thieves to a wider audience???

Ron Paul said the best way to awaken the sleeping giant that is the masses is to spread the word and create awareness. That doesn't seem to be working fast enough, their media spin counters and confuses almost every time.

How does one go about applying for a bail out?

A complete shake-up and restructuring of the financial markets is needed. No more allowing them to self regulate and create new markets that just shuffle money around, adding interest at every transaction, and basically gaming the systems they themselves have created. That is what has created this mess and those that created it and participated in it and benefited from it should have everything they own taken away, made to get real jobs and taxed like the rest of us.
Constantly throwing money at it is not fixing the problem, only stalling the inevitable and continuing to allow those at the top to pocket what they can before it all collapses. At the same time creating more debt that the next few generations will be paying off, as we are, that is not of our making.
