There's above top secret and below top secret, how can it be that there is no top secret?

Is top secret not interesting or secret enough?

This is part of where you can the difference between pretenders and contenders when you hear them tell their "war" stories dealing with the military or UFO experts relaying important stuff.

The US government only has 3 classes of security, only 3. Confidential, secret, and top secret. That's it!. You have compartmentalized document or information handling within these classifications for tighter controls.

It was declassified 20 years ago and is no longer top secret.
