Papa New Guinea women killing male babies to end war?

Maybe all cultures should kill male babies to end all wars. Or at least find a way to only have female babies for a few years. Maybe it will stop all wars, as Men are the sex that always create them in the first place. And no I don't hate all men but they will not learn. A drastic measure maybe. But food for thought. We have enough sperm in banks now.
