Here you go I know I had seen this advert somewhere, This filter straw setup is ideal for EDC, BOBs, Caches , vehicles and domestic kits etc

Thanks for the link NR thats an excellent site.

I would go for the water bottle rather than the straw, it costs £20 more but you can filter an extra 1400L with it, you also get nearly a litre of water storage too so thats an added bonus.

Lets hope santa puts one in my stocking this xmas


The filter I have at the min is the MSR miniworks EX, although its very good I still like the idea of having a filter integrated into the water bottle.

I'm going to order one, where I live there are spring water sources everywhere that some still drink right out of.... even is their homes only source.

Infact Dan Tanna had one and it was called Lifestraw, and a website In found was selling them at a much cheap price.

i can vouch for the canteen!

really good way to get a good pure and tastey brew. I actually carry around two on hikes/camps
