Yes, I am serious about the water thing. I stopped drinking tap water and using flour toothpaste a few months ago, it cleared up my "mind fog".
It's not only flouride in the water, its the bleaches and other crap and the fact that the water is stagnant in the distribution tanks too long.
Healthy water has to be fresh, running and held in glass bottles or stone tanks, for relatively short periods of time. It has to be filtered by the
earth. This alone helps one's health immensly, as you can tell by the pink rosyness in your face after drinking water under these conditions. I get
mine from a mountain spring, about 35lts a time. It's an hour drive, but is still cheaper than bottled water. People need to reexamine their habits
when it comes to food and drink, and stop drinking the dirty water of corporate neocolonialism. It actually dehidrates you, messing up your PH balance
and throwing your body into a healthy acidic state.
Water is just one in a serious of factor, just one in a spectrum of toxicity a person has to clear to be healthy, but if you get your brain somewhat
cleaned up the rest is easier to "think through".
And if one does that, a spiritual connection to nature becomes easier, as it's very hard to achieve under western society toxicity, both chemical and
memetic.
