Will ATS let me have a gruesome avatar?

I just wanted to know in advance if I would recieve disciplinary action for posting with an avatar that showed a humans inards or headless bodies.
Some people who are as I am will see this as nothing but truth and unobscured personality. I'm not just trying to test my freedoms either, as I really would like to have such an avatar (mine sucks). This is not meant to offend, which is why I made a post instead of just doing it. At the same time, I hope this is not one of those places where minorities can say something and prove it just because it hurts their feelings. I completely understand if this offends you, but I don't think I care. People die everyday get used to it.
All I'm requesting is a momento mori if you have to say it like that.

Personal Opinion: I would attempt to avoid your posts. The last thing I want to see is realistic photos of human mutilation.

I think he meant the "assclown" in your avatar. I dont think the staff mind a liitle bit of profanity such as the word in ocelot's avatar, I think its excessive use that is not permitted.

Assclown is not profanity. Well at least I dont think so.

I mean lets look at the two words separately:

ass - 1. The buttocks.

clown - 1. A buffoon or jester who entertains by jokes, antics, and tricks in a circus, play, or other presentation.
One who jokes and plays tricks.

So you see the words seperately are not profane. So if you put them together they dont = profanity either.

Ocelot, you've got the word 'bull#' in your avatar, but honestly, I think your avatar is hilarious, so I don't really care. As for the mutilation and body parts avatar, I think that might just offend a few people.
