If you ask if aliens come from the inner earth...

the people on the inside of our hollow earth fly UFO's but they are just big humans,.... I think. No thin grey blackeyed bloodabsorbing mutant.

No, I don't think they are, but if it turns out that greys are, that would explain the huge black eyes. Well the earth most likely isn't hollow, but they could still have made their own caverns and stuff undergroud or underwater, still evolving to have big ole' eyes. But as you said, they'd be giant humans, I'd think more gangley hands-as-feet fellas. Ya, I would still think greys are from space rather than the earth.
