Answer what you will.

Asking modern day America... (And you might wanna ask these questions to ppl you meet...)

Part 1:

What is ah ticking just fine still here in the U.S.A for us Americans?

What are yet the better things left (or: coming) for us here in the U.S.A?

Part 2:

Is it worth living an American still? Why or why not?

Is being yet an American worth its weight in gold so to speak?

Part 3:

What was the last, top oppurunity for Americans to quickly meet the American dream?

What would you say is the U.S.'s next top oppurtunity for Americans only after the last?

Part 4:

Would you say America is your crutch?

What is your favorite American food?

What is your favorite city in the U.S. that you've been to before? And what made it your favorite?

You're going to get flamed for this thread...

But I don't think America is like over or ruined as you imply. I still love my country and of course it's worth still living here, just because we're going through a hard time doesn't mean we can't fix things. I think that with this crisis some doors will likely open up for the less fortunate, to get the economy going again. I'm proud to be an american just like canadians are proud to be canadians and the french are proud to be french and so on. It's my country...

I don't doubt that we have problems but I definitely don't doubt that we can fix them. Us americans aren't as spoiled as everyone seems to think. We're not going to run away just because there are problems.

^^I'd say translating cool inventions and selling them to other countries. Your's or other's since U.S. copy rights/U.S. patents only apply to the U.S.

It's all about shopping for buyers, not shopping to just spend.

Like that oldie song go: "My momma told me, You better shop around."

^^I'd say trusty companies which deliver over the mail fairly quick enough after making a official exchange to buy.

You could risk getting into an accident or a car jack going to a place rather then let what you pay for come to you.

Only items you should go to a place for is food or somewhat delicate items.

Second I'd say, money orders. No waiting for clearing when you use them. No one can steal your card numbers. You dont have to show ID with it nor use your real name or address on 'em.

I wonder if they stopped C.O.Ds (cash on delivery)??? Long time ago, when I was way young, I sent for a C.O.D. for a stun gun, but my mom answered the door, so I didnt even get it, but at least I didn't have money already spend on it. Stun guns were illegal back then here (and still), but that company (Tapco), since it works over the mail, doesn't check you state laws for you to why back then it was simple to get stuff against the law. Now with the internet they all can check your laws, though I still bet some make you sign that you checked yourself so they aint liable. There is always loop holes in the mail delivery world if you think about it.

I think America's next top opportunity would be along the lines of energy efficiency, like a new invention, a car, cheap solar panels something like that
