What a bloody gallah! - Ben Cousins

Bloody Ben Cousins, he just cant seem to get his act together.
for those not in the know, Ben Cousins was the famed captain of the west coast eagles Footy club.
he was a toned, oiled up speedster who won the brownlow (MVP)

Problem is Ben loves drugs...

Here's a timeline:

March 2002: It is reported Cousins socialises with convicted heroin trafficker John Kizon.

Sept 2002: Cousins punches teammate Daniel Kerr at the Eagles' best and fairest celebrations

May 2005: Cousins is quizzed by police over a shooting at a Perth nightclub. Police confirm the pair refuse to answer questions

Feb 2006: Cousins runs from a booze bus in the Perth suburb of Applecross and evades police

Dec 2006: Cousins is arrested for drunkenness outside Melbourne's Crown Casino

Oct 16: A shirtless Cousins is arrested in the Perth suburb of Northbridge and taken into custody by police.

March 22 - Cousins' father Bryan confirms his son has a "substance abuse" problem.

So, cousins vanishes for a year, he Overdoses in Las Vegas, returns home.

He trains hard, avoids the media, his team mate dies from a drugs overdose.

The AFL FINALLY, allows Ben to return to the game, he is urine tested twice a week, hair tested 3 times a year, and any blemish he will be banished for good.

so, what happens at his FIRST hair sample test for drugs?

The Herald Sun believes the test could not be conducted because Cousins recently opted for a shaved haircut.

The rest of his body had been waxed to a length shorter than the 3cm required for hair testing to be considered accurate.
