Am I telepatchic?

I have been having some weird tings happen to me lately. What I think

they call "Intiution" has been happening to me a lot.

The first thing is that I can "sense" when a person needs me and I can

sense when something bad is going to happen. The second thing is that I

find it very weird that I know about a person just like that by touching their

hand. I think it's just and sharp intiution and when I tell my friends about

it, they say I have been watching to many Sci-Fi movies. I am confused

here of what this is. Any ideas?

Everyone is telepathic. Telepathy is as natural as hearing.
Our brains transmit waves which are picked up by the DNA in our brain which acts as an aerial.

However living in a noisy environment full of unnatural wave-forms tends to block brainwaves, and humans are so accustomed to this they think it's natural to not have awareness of other peoples' thoughts.

Using telepathy takes practice, and verbal communication is easier, so people tend to lose the ability to telepath as they get older.

Certain things can reawaken the ability:
- a brush with death,
- a severe illness,
- spending time in a quiet area,
- going for a week or more without speaking,
- (not recommended,) certain drugs.

You may have some telepathy awakening, or you may be just overtired and feeling more sensitive than usual.

Yes Gaiden, i think you just might be telepatchic

telepathy in my book would be the ability to communicate in other words either you can hear what the other person is actively telling you or the other person can hear what you are are actively telling them.

Psychic reading would probably be a closer description. Intuition or gut feelings is something that most humans have as part of there survival toolkit. Some are more tuned into it then others or may suddenly become more aware of it. Personal opinion I believe it has to do with listening to yourself and trusting yourself more.

no disrespect but do you smoke weed or take some other kind of drugs....only saying this because I believe marajuana opens some extra sensory perceptions.....most people call this being paranoid..

Sorry I make typos all the time; I shouldn't make fun. But I couldn't resist; it is meant in fun.

I have similar experiences; I know somehow when someone needs a hug or is hurting, even if they just came up from behind me and I haven't looked at them yet.

I know when a car accident is going to happen and sometimes earthquakes too.

So I guess you, like me, are probably somewhat sensitive to these things. Telepathic? Yeah, probably a little.

...kinda think its one of those things that you don't need to ask really...

What do you think? Yes or no.

Is telepatchic that nagging feeling you sometimes get, that you have inadvertently misspelled a word?

If so, Iam telepatchic too. Not to mention, teleniketic.

Actually I think you bring up a good point RV, I feel that much of the psychic phenomenon is not so much a feeling that something is there but that something is missing.

For example when people demonstrate that they know a loved one has passed on. They had no way of knowing yet somehow they knew and express it to someone else before it was disclosed to them. Later their suspicion is confirmed. No one can really explain these events beyond mere coincidence. Others explain it as some sort of family bond that was strong and simply let it go as an anomaly.

YES you are telepathic as ALL people are. Some have the ability from the day they are born.

Now with the vibrations of Gaia (Mother Earth) changing into a higher vibrational frequency humans are feeling (sensing) the change in vibrations too.

This makes one more intuitive and for what it's worth there are NO coincedences. Try to accept what happens to you and stop calling it weird things.

It's all Natural you just have to go with the flow. Trust yourself and let others who do not understand be. Everybody's process is different

Honestly, I don't think it matters *what* it is. There is no doubt that it is a part of you and what makes you important to the human race. All the speculations are irrelevent to the fact that you have been given this gift for a reason and should use it to its full capicity. I can relate to what you say and have wasted much time in the past trying to figure out *what* it is when it hit me that if I am spending time trying to figure out how to label it, I am being selfish rather than using it for the good that it was intended to be used for. Be thankful for it, bless others with it, and don't worry about the why, what, or how.

I don't know about telepathy, but it's quite possible that you are a developing intuitive abilities which is a product of a mature and introspective mind.

Try to remember what was going through you head when situations you describe as telepathic occurred. You will find that you were relaxed and attentive. Adopt this posture often and you will get better at it; this skill is a major element of leadership qualities.

no, i personally do not believe you're telepathic, from what you're describing, it's much more likely you've been experiencing empathy. telepathy is the ability to communicate with someone, or something (i.e. some higher functioning animals) with out speaking or any other type of external communication, whereas empathy is simply "knowing" how someone feels, what kind of mood they're in, and sometimes even more personal information, like hometown, place of birth, age, marital status, etc. what you're describing sounds , to me, much more like empathy than telepathy. but hey, what do i know, right?

You could have telepathy,


I mean, if the divine, nature, environment or surrounding's give you the gift, then embrace it.

Each of us are given gifts, from the moment you were created.

The sad part is, most of us are never willing to believe it.


I myself have telepathy. It's not as strong as it should be, everyday life has to be lived, and I don't put time to do it. Guilt is upon me now, so I must get to it.

But I know there are people in my life who are far away phsyically but always near to my thoughts and words, they hear, as when i meet them again in the physical state, they "know" It's one of those amazing feelings to have. "To be truly in touch with your gifts and inner self, and that you are able to see that in others likewise. I hope I somehow have encouraged you to embrace it.

Things show up in our lives for a reason, each of the reason tells you to be you and show your unique gift the the world, be whatever you feel you have. Been aware of it is the first step. Each of us have a unique path and life to live.

anyone else notice how schools of fish and flocks of birds can move like a perfect wave, their minds are all totally in sync...would that be a form of telepathy?

Just because you can't run fast. Or have the ability to run like an athlete,

Doesn't mean another person hadn't the gift to do it.
In other words, you have your gifts, and other's have thier own unique gifts. Maybe you were not given this ability doesn't mean it's not any real to someone who does have this trait.

We don't all have the same eyes you know. We all have unique eyes. Same with gifts.

Yes, I would say yes.

Telepathy is not just words.

It's feelings, emotions, waves, thoughts, temputure, visions and pictures.
It's not phsyical, therefore it does seem, to fit the idea how animals seem naturally aware of each other or been in sync like a school of fish.


Language was created by us to communicate in the physical world. Many people who are not familar with telepathy or ones to dismiss it (including scientists) seem to think that it the only way to study and examine telepathy, only in the language and words we may send to another or how we are communicating in a physical sense. It's totally different dimension, than the pyshical world.

This is why Scientist's haven't a bulls notion what it is



I have one person in my life, who can understand how I am, just by walking past. I didnt have to send a "particular word" for it. Or say something to describe myself in a form of language. It's like air you pass to another a wave, of how you feel in that moment.

As I said, many scientist's who think they disprove of the notion's of telepathy obviously don't understand it at all!

Very good post! I concur 100%. While I agree w/ the person that said what the OP is describing is more in line w/ being empathetic than telepathic, I do absolutely believe in telepathic tendencies. I receive things OFTEN that are so beyond my normal capacity intelligence wise only to find out later that what I have received is indeed fact.. most often has to do with scientific knowledge.

Where it comes from is irrelevent to me since there is nothing I can do to stop it and consider it a gift that leads me on many great "journeys" in my life.

Like the above poster said, just because one person doesn't have the gift doesn't mean that it doesn't exist for others. That is the beauty of our being human.. we all have gifts and if we could accept that in ourselves and one another, I can't even begin to imagine the great things we could accomplish together.

Like the above poster said, just because one person doesn't have the gift doesn't mean that it doesn't exist for others. If we could all understand that, humanity would evolve like one could only wish to imagine

My gift was shown to me when I was four years old. It was through challenges, hurt, rejection, denial, lonesome times, fear, joys, happiness, saddness, the world coming at me and all sorts of adversity each of us have to live through. But the fact is, without all of this, I wouldn't have these gifts. They would of remained dormant. If I didn't learn from my adversity.

To realise, that all along in this world, All I had to do was just accept these gifts and use them for what was I asked to do. I've misused my own unique gifts and not used my potential. Since I myself began to realise this, I began to become more aware and use them.

My life began to become clear and just start flowing.

It radiates from you, and it affects others. Your being, is for all of mankind. As you are, everyone is apart of you. Oneness.


Being oneness, is what channels your gifts.
