I have been wondering if the next president will be better than bush or not because bush hasn't done a great job as president.

I believe no president is better than the previous and the same goes for prime ministers ( im in the uk )
They all have thier own agenda and they mostly say what they think we want to hear.
Im sick of the lies that spew out of the mouths of the government!!

I dont think he will do a better job.

He will just make the public think that he's doing a better job... and that will be enough.

How can you possibly ask someone to make a determination like that? Obama doesn't become President for 2 more months! Do you think Obama will be better than Bush was. MO, a fencepost would be better than Bush was.

Can we wait until Obama is actually in office before we answer this question? Then we could at least base it off of something material instead of hype or fear....

Agreed. It's just a nicer face to look at while being screwed
In most 'developed' countries you have to be corruptable/corrupted to be eligible for a high-up office. Simple as that. So him being backed by media and getting elected makes him corrupt in my book. I may be a cynic in this case but it's how i think about it.

Obama is different from Bush. Different may not always be better. We'll have to give the man at leats a year in office to determine how "better" he is. I can say that he will be better at some thing and worse in others. Everyone has strong and weak points. It just depends on what we as a country are focused.

I don't see much difference.
Both are opportunistic liars.
Both are egotistical elitists as well.
They are both tools of the bildebergers.
They do what they are told.

The only difference is when it comes to the first ladies.
Laura is polite and pleasant. Michelle is a racist shrew.

We cant tell right now it is a 50/50 guess unless your able to predict the future, how about asking this in 3 years and 11 months and you will get an unbiased answer. Any answer to this question right now is biased because we dont know what will happen between now and the 22 of January and in Obamas term.
