As I have mentioned here before, look not into outer-space but inner-space.
That is where you will find worlds.

This is so true.

My god when ever I see anyone mention Alien DNA I just have to ask.. How many of you understand how DNA came to be on this planet?
On ancient Earth the eleents here formed into nucleotides, those nucleotides chained and formed peptide chains, those gathered and formed even more complex changes, and evolved over time through natural selection, eventually giving rise to DNA

“These particles have much similarity with biological cells though they are devoid of DNA,” wrote Godfrey Louis and A. Santhosh Kumar of Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam, India, in the controversial paper.
“Are these cell-like particles a kind of alternate life from space?”
The mystery began when the scarlet showers containing the red specks hit parts of India in 2001. Researchers said the particles might be dust or a fungus, but it remained unclear.
CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) - NASA is readying the Dawn spacecraft for launch on Thursday on a long-delayed mission to explore an asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter for clues to the birth of the solar system. If successful, Dawn will be the first robotic probe to put itself into orbit around two different bodies, thanks to an extremely efficient electric engine powered by xenon gas. Dawn's targets are two of the largest bodies in the asteroid belt, Vesta and Ceres, which scientists believe hold clues to the solar system's formation. Liftoff of an unmanned rocket carrying Dawn is targeted for 7:20 a.m. EDT on Thursday from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

If having sleep paralysis somehow makes us see into another dimension, this theory makes sense. Because of the fact many people have seen them while having SP.
But it dpeneds what you mean by aliens, I still think there are probably thousands of different physical aliens out there too far away to reach.
