UFO Poland-2006?

NOt sure what to make out of this, it could be a fake, but it follows the traditional behaviour of UFO's from long ago, so it could be real. I would like to see more of the footage, but perhaps the most relevant part was kept? Watch until end, then discuss...

Talisman, while the date provided is 2006, the video was uploaded on January 14, 2007.
Here's an article i've found, that *may* be related:

Today a blimp was circling over the city advertising the well-known Internet auction company. They can also admire the people of Grabiszynka. He made several flights over different parts of the estate. Unfortunately, such "flying object" is a rarity in Poland, because some in the first reflex began to wonder whether the case as seen by their object is not UFO. Our service team managed to take some photos with the flight of the airships over the settlement.
