1. And this is very important: Sexuality, sexual orientation, is not just about sex. It encompasses so much more. You need to address other aspects, outside of sex, when discussing sexual orientation. Such as biological drive, psychological intimacy, etc etc. Ever taken a psychology class discussing sexuality and sexual orientation

2. Thank you for your input and your belief on the matter Unfortunately that is no more then your personal theory. I can vouch personally that I did not choose my orientation. Million upon millions of homosexual and heterosexual people will vouch this as well. So really it's someones word against another's word. However, school teaches us the underlying drive, biologically and psychologically, for a sexual orientation. So you would be ignoring that as well.

You still don't understand the condition of most people with varying sexualities. You had "flex sex" as many people do. It helps to garner a better understanding of what sexuality one holds. You obviously worked out that you prefer men so you chose men. What about Miriam or Jakyll? These to are both women who (from a sexual standpoint) are repulsed by the male figure.

But you kinda proved a point. On the sexual scale going from 0 to 6 with the extremes being exclusively gay and exclusively strait most people are between 5 and 1. That is to say most people have some kind of sway. You sound like you are part of that "most people" category.


As for hard-headedness? Well I'm not hard headed, it may sound like it but I'm overtly critical. I tend to keep my opinion sway quiet until it is more solid. Hard headedness that you have I wouldn't think is something to boast about.

I am inclined to think in this story, even though the angels were disguised as human, that perhaps some angelic quality was showing, and that lured their lust in an almost spellstruck way. Or they were just rapists.

Well believe me I have had my fair share of men that made me WANT TO HATE ALL MEN ...and being molested and raped by men I sure could have hated them then too .........(I actually hate SEX period but that is besides the point here) ..but I didnt go there with hateing them....they have all treated me badly ...but I still put up with them ...because it FITS ...we fit together ...it is not trying to place a round peg in a square hole ..we just FIT ....(well you know what I mean ) ........and because I detest women even more than men LOL ......they can be even meaner sometimes than a man is ......(sorry women lol) ..even though I do have lots of women friends ..I dont think I could ever get along with them while living together ...(male roomates were even better than women ..when I lived alone and got roomates) .........

Yes well some people don't like that. It may fit but that's not to say that it is liked as well. I'm sure jakyll can attest to that. The point is that not all people are predisposed to wanting it to fit.

Since you not only have doctrinal, but psychological predispositions to detest the sexes, and sex itself (as you said), don't you think this makes it that much more important for you to try and expand your personal opinion on these matters?

Nah I dont care who does or doesnt like sex ...and really just because I dont like it does not mean I would want everyone to not enjoy it ..it has its pleasures ...but that is the whole point ..it is alot like coc aine ...or alcohol ..one does get carried away with it and then it becomes a problem ..everything requires SELF CONTROL ..I dont think everyone should self control to the point that I did though ...lol .......

I dont think that I am sexist ..because I love men I find them fascinating really (seriously I love studying them ) ......I love them holding me and touching me ..with love ..that was not how most of them treated me ..so that is not being sexist I dont think ...


Could you be more specific on what you would like me to address ?

I dont hate homosexuals .at all ....(can you really say I do ? I think my posts have been respectable considering the subject) .and I believe the bible says that whosoever wants to come can come they all have the same chance as any of us do in being born again and be spared from certain death *spiritual death that is ....... we may also escape the wrath ...if we pray to be accounted worthy *scripture says we are to pray for that (which we are not ) but God says he will have mercy on who he will have mercy on .......so anyone can be spared the tribulation to come ....(I believe in a catching away (Pretrib) of some believers ) ...............
I think only people who may be lost are those who seem to have no soul at all ..no concience and no careing about right and wrong .....just downright lost .......those people are just about reprobate ...(and that could be anyone ..not just someone who is a homosexual...I believe there are priests and preachers who may even fall into the reprobate category )

I dont think yall are below me or below anyone ....I beleive your all just real people with real problems and real emotions etc just like all of us do ... ..and I really do care whether or not your happy ...or not .....

I dont think there is near enough proof for a genetic flaw to be the reason for this (even though there is some studies in favor of that ..I have seen more that do not ) .............

What I was hoping you would address, what my earlier post was about, and what Goodwolf and others were saying...

is that sexual orientation does not equal sex. That's what my response to you was about. You keep making the argument as if we were all strictly referring to sex when we speak of sexual orientation, and sexuality. This is not the case. It encompasses so much more. I am not sure what else I can say...you still haven't addressed specifically what I said in that post.

Simply, I think you are bringing to much personal experience into this discussion, it's muddying the water. I'm sorry for what you've been through but I'll point out that any man who's going to abuse you or rape you is not gay.

What's more is that you have a stereotypical image of men in your mind. That stereotype hardly ever applies to gay or bisexual men.

We are talking about a genetic cause, not a genetic flaw. Anyways, it doesn't have to be genetic, that's just one avenue we are looking at since the majority agree it is born.
