Over the line cop?

So I just saw this video (not sure how to embed):

Now I know that we don't know what happened before or what the kid did, and yes he could have been very disrespectful, but I see this cop's behavior has completely out of line. Especially the way he takes the skateboard from the kid, who's 14 by the way, and then tells him that someone is going to kill him.

Thoughts?
