Help, How do I accomplish shapeshifting???

Hi, I've been trying to learn how to shapeshift though the Internet... with NO luck at all. So how is it done? And how does one start? And will a physical condition get in the way? And one more, could someone help me do it? These are the question I'd like to know, oh and the physical condition I have is Arthrogryposis. Info about it is at the link on the bottom of this post.

I have discovered a really easy way to shapeshift.


Get a white sheet , cut a couple of holes for your eyes and put the sheet over your head,,, Hey Presto ,you've shapeshifted and now you look like a ghost.
or
buy a long coat and a stetson , now you've shapeshifted into a cowboy....

No idea on how to do it really but if you really need advice , (I'm being serious now , no more jokes) I'd suggest that you look ino the 'Druidic' form of Witchcraft / Wicca - The Druids are reputed to worship nature and via spells shapeshift into the forms of the wolf , an owl and a salmon? (great if you like being eaten by bears I suppose).

There are loads of Druidic sites to visit ( haven't got time to dig any out but google it) and look into Druidic books and the history , and try to find an Oak grove to practice Druidic magic in.
