I am personally really! really! tired of all the unauthorized use of power, the corruption, the stealing, Lying, palm greasing, ect. To fix this problem we should propose one of our own little laws. I think that anyone, (Governor, President, Judge, Police officer, Mayor,) That swears on an oath of office, to serve and protect the public should be held accountable with there life! Yes that means If a person in public office commits a crime with intent, they should be executed. Period

No one forced them to take that position, they would know what happens if they choose to serve, well in advance. If you cannot uphold the office or position honestly, with integrity and to the book then you best not put yourself in a situation that will cost you your life! I look at it as simply black and white, it is not overly extreme, people in those positions are trusted with the power to devastate lives as well as improve life for everyone. I don't think half of what goes on in public office today would continue.

I like the idea... but, as a person that had to work really hard to get where I am today; that would honestly have had me seriously reconsidering my career choice. And I'm someone that believes in the constitution, liberty, and cares infinitely more about doing things good and legal with transparency than many of my co-workers.

It could work, but I'm worried it might scare away the good people that have their head screwed on right. As opposed to the idiots with explosive hair-trigger anger that might think their doing what's "right."
But hey, I suppose this concern is why we get trials.

Well that is exactly what I would hope it would do. Make people think twice before they choose. Like I said the choice is yours are ya honest. If you are worried about your values than maybe you should not pursue it. I never said it was for everyone!
