Ghost re'living' cliff suicide?

Is this real or fake?
I mean, it could just be a hoax by those tourists but it does appear pretty legit. I just want to have some of your opinions on the clip...
Is it possible that this 'ghost' is reliving its last moments?

Hi,
That is faked.
If you go in slow motion you can see where its been digitally edited.
The picture when going slow actually turns into lines it shows the blending between frames.
I cant even show you the pic because when I host it the hosting server corrects the lines on it.
