In this interview Gloria claims that she is subjected to microwave based voice to skull and mind reading technology. Gloria has also been subjected to secret service style disruption tactics, street harassment, stalking, mimicking, mocking and I suspect neuro linguistic programming and scamming

The weaponised versions of voice to skull technology is to be offered to law enforcement and property security. This is not the same as the military microwave pain rays, but a sound generating devise to communicate with or to hurt with loud noise. It is known as the 'Medusa'-microwave ray gun.

These technologies do not necessarily appear overnight but rather are the product of trickle down technology transfer from top secret development agencies. Cutting edge devises could well be so refined to the extent that the effects are as Gloria Gaynor describes.
