Hey, been following this forum for awhile now, and have been signed up for a short time. I figured now would be as good time as any for my intro.

I'm not very good with this kind of thing, so please bear with me.

Where to start? Well, mostly I enjoy the idea that we are not alone. This universe is far to expansive to have the pompous attitude that we are the only lifeforms that inhabit it. When I was about ten years old, my thoughts of this were taken to another level. In the Southern sky, a trail of five red lights were doing this hovering/ circling motion in the sky. Behind these was an orange ball, easily the size of a full moon high in the sky. For about five minutes these lights did their thing, then disappeared in a flash. I was not alone, for several of my neighbors and friends had witnessed this as well. Some figured it was some sort of show at the airport, but I knew it was something different.

Next up would be the afterlife. I believe in ghosts and gouls, and things that go bump in the night. Catching that apparition at the corner of your eyes, only to turn your head and see nothing there. Knowing that you've put your keys down on the coffee table at the entrance to your house, only to find them on the kitchen table a half hour later. The knocking, the banging, only on investigation there's no one else around. Yea, that can make the hair on the back of my neck stand out straight.

Conspiracies and cover ups? They've been going on since the dawn of man. I wouldn't have found this forum if I didn't believe anyone had nothing to hide.

Gargoyles are cool, I've seen one. I wasn't alone at this sighting either. A friend and I were walking along when we both spotted what looked like a Rottweiler just sitting there. When approaching, it turned around and starting walking away. After realising my friend and I weren't diverting from our course, it spread it's wings and took off into the night. Funny thing was is that I wasn't afraid, a little startled. But my buddy was scared sh**less.

The last things I'd like to add is somehow ATS lopped off the last part of my handle when I signed up, it's actually 'This rabbit is done running'. Hmm, wierd. Also, American Football rocks! In my opinion. Go Patriots!

Questions? Feel free to ask. Nothing of a personal nature will be given, however.

Welcome to ATS. This is a huge site and if you ever get tired of the serious things there is always the BTS side of things as well. It's a great place to get to know people.

Hey, thanks for the welcomes.
Surprisingly, the intro written flowed pretty smoothly once I got started. Probably has something to do with a comfort factor here.

And yes, time does fly when perusing the posts here. More than one time I've found myself running out the door so I wouldn't be late for work.

How much more you wanna know? My gargoyle sighting was the better part of 20 years ago, but still remains vivid in my head to this day.
