I seem to have the WORST image manipulation program at work and can not resize my new picture to dimentions that are acceptable to post as an avatar. Please help! I would just do it at home, but I have gone over my limit for net time for the month.

Hehe true mate, but my filesize came in slightly smaller, so I would have got you one as I fell at least
